We're having a baby!

Welcome to the very first entry of our "family" blog. I'm still not sure how I'll like writing in here, but I thought it was an easy way to share some photos and info documenting our baby-to-be!
Well the word is finally out- we told our families a week ago today and have been telling friends ever since. Let me tell you, "we're having a baby" is the biggest secret you'll ever have to keep in your life- ever! It's so hard, when you're overflowing with excitement to keep it all in. But it was kind of fun to have this huge secret just between the two of us.
We are both very excited- and I'm thrilled that at 11 weeks I still haven't experienced the dreaded morning sickness. Some people I've told say I'm lucky- some won't talk to me anymore because of it!
No pictures yet since, well, nothing has really happened yet - but we'll be sure to put up photos as we get them.
Our first prenatal appointment (make that first doctor's appointment at all) is Wednesday, September 6th. I'm looking forward to that a lot, as I still have to figure out if I can eat feta cheese and drink tea. If I can't, I won't be leaving the doctor's office happy!
